I am a global human passionate about supporting humans to use the intelligence of the body to integrate spirituality, sexuality, & science into regular life.  Using bottom-up (i.e body to mind) communication, sound, micro-movement & vibration to unwind pain, anxiety & stress in the body.

I’m fascinated by the possibilities of using specificity of embodiment (physical, emotional, energetic, sensual, sexual, and soul) to catalyze shifts in the body-mind from self-limitation to deeper self-claiming, authenticity, & expression. I'm fascinated by languages & dance. I speak 7 languages including Swedish, Spanish, & Hindi.

I grew up in India & lived there till the age of 23. I have spent the last 15 years facilitating, teaching & living in Europe (Sweden & Belgium), UK, Asia, & South America. I’m also an: - International Educator & Speaker - A Native, Classical Tantrik Educator, Researcher, & Practitioner - Faculty at International School of Temple Arts (ISTA) - Creator of the Cultivating Kundalini Online Intensive - Co-creator of the Master Your Pleasure Experiential Intensive - & a Dancer (Sacred Dances, Classical Indian Dances, Folk Dance & Argentinian Tango) Diverse embodied fields, often in source language (Classical Non-Dual Hindu & Tibetan Buddhist Tantrik traditions; Somatic Sexology; Trauma-informed Neuro-Transformative practices; Nervous & Fluid System Embodiment, Dance, Somatic & Movement Research, Shamanic & Soul Awareness inform my approach, spiral of enquiry, and work.
