🕑 The times in this schedule are going by Pacific Time zone, you can change it to your own time on the right panel (If you are browsing from Sched website) or at the bottom of the page if you are browsing from your phone.

👌 You can sign up to Sched and create your unique log in if you want to save your own schedule and sync it with you google calendar.

💙 The Zoom links will be published in the festivals private Facebook Group a few hours before each session. The "Stream video" button on each workshop will lead you to the post about this workshop within the Facebook group. This is where you will find the Zoom link when the time comes, as well as where you can continue to share about your experience after the workshop.

Breathe your way into your highest dreams.. Through the tantric way of breath, sound, and movement, you can physiologically remind your body your rightful YES.. and birth your dreams into reality. This workshop offers you single session into a daily ritual you can do for yourself in order to create your reality.. on your terms.

*We will begin with background on the exercises for those of you that like to understand the how and why of this work. The embodiment practice will then take place following the presentation leaving time to share impact at the end! All ages and backgrounds welcome and celebrated. See you soon!
