🕑 The times in this schedule are going by Pacific Time zone, you can change it to your own time on the right panel (If you are browsing from Sched website) or at the bottom of the page if you are browsing from your phone.

👌 You can sign up to Sched and create your unique log in if you want to save your own schedule and sync it with you google calendar.

💙 The Zoom links will be published in the festivals private Facebook Group a few hours before each session. The "Stream video" button on each workshop will lead you to the post about this workshop within the Facebook group. This is where you will find the Zoom link when the time comes, as well as where you can continue to share about your experience after the workshop.

This Yoga expresses from the  Tantra -Kaula lineage of radical embodiment and  unbounded freedom. It's a slow moving meditation that contains all the essential teachings of the Tantrik revelations. Practiced by lying on the floor with plenty of meditative pauses in between āsanas , this yoga focuses on the intrinsic relaxation of the physical body and the conscious mind. When we totally relax, true Self will reveal itself to us. This sequence will meditate you into the deepest essence of your Being, where you can culture true intimacy with YourSelf. From this space of infinite stillness authentic expression can be found. In this yoga we don't objectify the body , but recognise it as a sacred tool for Divine Expression. Kama Yoga teaches the body how to meditate Itself in its desire to be alive . As a Traditional Tantrik practice of inner freedom, this Yoga can indeed catalyse the experience of Spiritual Awakening .

(This practice is accessible to all ages and levels of fitness)
