👌 You can sign up to Sched and create your unique log in if you want to save your own schedule and sync it with you google calendar.

💙 The Zoom links will be published in the festivals private Facebook Group a few hours before each session. The "Stream video" button on each workshop will lead you to the post about this workshop within the Facebook group. This is where you will find the Zoom link when the time comes, as well as where you can continue to share about your experience after the workshop.

Non-Dual Tantric Shadow integration for personal liberation!
Shadow work is the art of making the unconscious conscious so that we can free ourselves from patterns and habits that are unconsciously driving us to create suffering in our life.
Doing shadow work from the perspective of non-dual Tantra is about freeing your mind and liberating yourself by seeing the full picture of life (That we are one consciousness expressing itself in infinite ways and that 'good' or 'bad' are just mental constructs, and everything is actually perfectly as it should be!)
In this workshop we'll explore the foundations of shadow work, non-duality and inquiry for personal liberation. You'll get a bunch of tools and a guided shadow integration journey to explore your inner truth and shining some light on your shadow.

You should have at least a basic foundations of Tantra understanding before doing this one as it's a bit more advanced.
