💙 The Zoom links will be published in the festivals private Facebook Group a few hours before each session. The "Stream video" button on each workshop will lead you to the post about this workshop within the Facebook group. This is where you will find the Zoom link when the time comes, as well as where you can continue to share about your experience after the workshop.

Weave Breathwork and Tantra and you make a healing 'medicine' and powerful fuel to connect with Spirit in an embodied way. The intention is to inspire and empower you through the amazing, soft power of breathwork into re-membering and embodying the divine presence in and around you! Learn how bringing awareness, energy and relaxation to the Breath brings powerful and direct results : increasing clarity, connection and bliss.
I'll talk about Breath as a quintessential Tantric teacher, how it helps us live the teachings and is a great guide and healer, then the main body of the session will be a guided process and breath experience, hopefully time to share or Q&A to complete at the end.
Over the last 30 years Ive either trained in or explored various forms of breathwork - Pranayama, Rebirthing, Vivation, Tantric, Buddhist, Somatic, Bioenergetic, Quantum, Continuum, Omni, Gamma - gosh, even 'Natural'! Even after all this time they continue to amaze and surprise me!
