🕑 The times in this schedule are going by Pacific Time zone, you can change it to your own time on the right panel (If you are browsing from Sched website) or at the bottom of the page if you are browsing from your phone.

💙 The Zoom links will be published in the festivals private Facebook Group a few hours before each session. The "Stream video" button on each workshop will lead you to the post about this workshop within the Facebook group. This is where you will find the Zoom link when the time comes, as well as where you can continue to share about your experience after the workshop.

During this workshop you will learn about how the Womb is the gateway to the unconscious. You will learn the importance of becoming aligned with your menstrual cycle, specifically the pre-menstrual phase, as a gateway to your unconscious mind. This is the gateway to your liberation. When we face our unconscious, and bring whatever is there to the conscious, we no longer live our lives in a perpetual loop of self sabotage or destructive behaviours. This workshop will be part teaching/transmission and part an embodiment practice for Womb purification and tools to successfully navigate this phase of the menstrual cycle every month.
