💙 The Zoom links will be published in the festivals private Facebook Group a few hours before each session. The "Stream video" button on each workshop will lead you to the post about this workshop within the Facebook group. This is where you will find the Zoom link when the time comes, as well as where you can continue to share about your experience after the workshop.

Tantra is an embodied spiritual path to awakening and liberation and yes, it can be juicy!

In this workshop I will share some interesting insights about 'ego tantra' and 'spiritual tantra' and about the process of awakening and liberation. I will also explain how active meditations can support you on this path.

Thereafter I will guide you through a beautiful meditation that will open up your energy body and bring you more into your essence nature. Afterwards there is the possibility to share some of your experiences and/or asking questions. We will do the meditation all on our own but if you are watching with a partner, you could continu the practice together after the workshop.

My work is inspired both by neo tantra as by non-dual shaiva (hindu) tantra.

Some experience in meditation is highly recommended.
