💙 The Zoom links will be published in the festivals private Facebook Group a few hours before each session. The "Stream video" button on each workshop will lead you to the post about this workshop within the Facebook group. This is where you will find the Zoom link when the time comes, as well as where you can continue to share about your experience after the workshop.

In this workshop, we receive the Tibetan alchemical practice of Tonglen to tune into the powerful, unmutable frequencies of the heart.  We open and strengthen this field through vocal toning and gentle breathwork.  

The Sanskrit name for the heart chakra is Anahata, which translates to “unstruck”. The definition of unstruck reminds us that when fully activated, Anahata Chakra allows us to stay in pure love regardless of any hurt or fear we experience.

With an open heart chakra we can connect to the matrix of life in a deliciously intimate way and access this “unstruck” field where challenging emotions are alchemically transformed.

With practice, this technique will allow you to transmute energy, heal those around you and find peace anywhere.
